Yes. One custom template is included with up to three rounds of revisions. Send your design details at least 72 hours before your event. If we don't hear from you, we'll use a clean default design that matches your event type.

Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, your deposit transfers to a new date within 12 months (subject to availability). Just notify us in writing as soon as possible.
